Equally important is the charitable work Milstein performs along with his wife in the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation which operates the Sifriyat Pijama B’America organization.
This group provides free Hebrew-language books to Jewish Israeli-American families in the United States that help to teach traditional Jewish values. He is also the co-founder and national chair of the Israeli-American Council.
According to Crunchbase and Business Wire, Adam Milstein admits to loving the ever-changing world of real estate and feels it is his persistence and consistency that have helped him to find success in a career that is not conducive to overnight success. His philanthropy work is also credited as something that makes the effort more meaningful and enjoyable.
The real estate expert, as a mentor to others starting out in the industry, has offered plenty of advice. He found that setting specific goals was too restricting and chose to always strive to do his best each day.
Adam Milstein advises that people plan to wait to see a profit rather than expecting it quickly. This mistake was one he made in his own career. He does suggest that people use all of their resources, follow-up on every lead and always maintain contact with prospective clients.
He also recommends that people remember to make time for a personal life because family should always be the top priority.
